I understand that violating any of the Terms of Service can cause my account to be deleted without notice or warning.

I understand and agree that ListCrew.com solely determines what is considered a violation of the Terms Of Service.

1. I agree to keep my email address updated (within the user control panel), with a current email address where I can be reached. Failing to doing so can render my account as abandoned and that my account can be deleted at any time.

2. I understand that unconfirmed accounts past 72 hours can be deleted at any time.

3. I understand that my account, if unused or inactive for 45 days can be deleted at any time.

4. I agree that I will only promote my ListCrew.com account on a targeted niche site. (Your site must not be a parked site or a site that just redirects to an affiliate site.)

5. I understand that the theme of my site must be geared towards Internet Marketing in some form or fashion.

6. I agree not to use my account in conjunction with any (non-Internet Marketing traffic buys, PPV, traffic surfing, auto surfing or traffic exchange program) regardless of whether it is done manually or automatically.

7. I agree not to promote my referral link in any way that is considered spam or a spam-like manner, either via email or through any web property/service in existence now or in the future.

8. I agree not to take part in any action with the intent of harming, disrupting or circumventing the normal functioning of the ListCrew.com service.

9. I understand that ListCrew.com is does not guarantee any specific service or results in any form or fashion, including monetary.

10. I understand that if my account is deleted, I lose all credits and referrals permanently and that they cannot be restored.
